Webinars The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act’s Safeguards Rule Date: April 21, 2026 Under the Safeguards Rule, automobile dealers must develop and implement a plan to protect customer information from breaches and unauthorized access. The webinar will provide a brief overview of these obligations. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)/ Regulation B Dates: May 5, 2026 ECOA is the foundation for fair lending in the United States. The ECOA sands continue to shift at the federal level, but state enforcers may see things differently. This webinar will discuss the basic compliance obligations under ECOA, along with some developments from 2025 that every dealer should keep front of their mind in 2026.
